I have spent over 20 years working in residential spatial design, helping people to reimagine and improve how they live.
My career began in St Petersburg, Russia, with one of the largest residential developers, delivering over 2 million square metres of flats annually. Back then, the idea of product management did not exist in construction, but my role as Head of Architectural and Construction Supervision for the Sales and Marketing Department was just that. I was responsible for ensuring that flat layouts were the best possible versions in terms of flow, zoning, comfort, and compliance.
Since then, my work has consistently bridged real estate, design, and sales. I have worked for agencies and developers, owned a consultancy, advised buyers and sellers, and redesigned the homes I lived in, both in Russia and the UK. Now, I want to share this expertise with you.
